With over 30 years of combined experience in military, law enforcement, and corporate leadership, Bill understands the unique challenges public safety professionals face in today’s fast-paced world. Specializing in emotional intelligence and leadership development, Bill is dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome burnout, conquer post-traumatic stress, build resilience, and help organizations reduce stress, build high-performing teams, and enhance personal and professional relationships.

As a coach, mentor, and trainer, Bill leverages his deep expertise to help public safety professionals heal invisible injuries, re-engineer relationships, and develop long-lasting emotional wellness skills. Whether through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, or group presentations, Bill’s mission is to help our public safety providers heal and develop transformational skills while allowing them to stay in service to their communities.

With 22 years in law enforcement and 9 years in corporate leadership, I’ve faced the challenges of high-stress environments firsthand. My journey through post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety led me to embrace trauma-informed wellness practices that transformed my life. Now, as a trauma-informed wellness coach, I’m dedicated to helping first responders heal, reclaim their mental wellness, and build resilience through compassionate, actionable support.
